We are here today, to acknowledge and be a part of a historical undertaking and process of restoration that has never been, and that will forever be remembered in global entertainment history marked by a new turning point in African tourism and cultural renaissance. We are here today to participate and precipitate historic action through face-lifting a fast defacing cultural Africa back to its true and natural cultural state.

Our approach in this historic undertaking is through the creation of a miniature Cross River State in Cross River State This is an economically viable project that will not only provide safer solutions to global climate change, but serve as an important foreign exchange earner and an export for the activation of African economic value with view to its fast growing population comprising low and high income earners. Let us now take a close look at some historical facts and factors precipitating this new revolutionary action for the restoration of cultural Africa.
Historically, many different cultures have come into existence. Through time however, higher and more influential cultures have emerged centering on rising new religions. Through a process of absorption of the varied and numerous lower cultures by the higher and more universally promoted ones, a consolidation of cultures have taken place. As a result, there are only four major remaining cultures left in the world today. They include: The Christian, Muslim, and the Far East (based on Buddhism, Confucianism, and Taoism) and Hindu.
This convergence flow of history shows the trend towards the establishment of a one world culture. Should the above social prophecy come to pass, what then becomes the fate of the African, Nigerian and Cross River State culture? It is upon this background that this new tourism vision has just been born. In a space of fifty hectares of land Cross River State in its exactitude will be replicated. Upon the above piece of land, all the local government areas of Cross River State will be represented humanly, ritually, spiritually, agriculturally, topographically and culturally. This new touristic site will become not only a new haven for national and international research, but a massive economic structure for timeless economic gains. It will become a solution center for varied global challenges now facing humanity such as climate change, ethical decline, and rapid breakdown of family and family values.
The arrival of western education in Africa and its resultant outcomes is now disguised by neo-colonized seat tight norms, culture and Christian religious values with the mission of subsuming the religious culture and traditions of cultural and natural state of Africa. This mournful situation is further worsened by the arrival of the Arabs with Islam that leaves the African in the midstream of spiritual and psycho mental confused ecstasy now requiring nothing but total emancipation. 
Africa today, apparently is one of the most talked about continent in the world as a result of its prevailing geopolitical character controlled by neocolonial forces now employing inter-political /economic and strange cultural conspiracies alongside scientific atrocities for the enactment of currency devaluation, population explosion, privation and countless questionable pandemic outbreaks in the African continent. As Africa gradually receive its emancipation from mental slavery deeply soaked in the ashes of colonialism, Africans should know and master their most urgent need. Their urgent need is not necessarily the acquisition of knowledge that merely creates temporal enabling environments to make a living, but wisdom that provides eternal enabling environment to make a life.
Just as our minds stands in subject position sending command signals to our bodies in object position, wisdom is subject to knowledge and causal to its corresponding counterpart which is knowledge standing in a resultant position.
Africa’s alien brothers or better still early explorers who landed on the African shores got less than half of the total fortunes of heaven’s treasures from their predestined destination. Those historic aliens acquired knowledge and attained civilization from Africa, but failed to acquire wisdom that was relinquished through heartwarming and soul shaking tales told in circles of burning firewood by our forefathers, since their alien ears and eyes so strange to our customs and traditions were uncircumcised. After attaining civilization from our land, they have unfortunately for centuries been dancing on the external rhythms of directionless knowledge resulting in multiple dangers capable of introducing global cataclysm against the will or God and man. Let all Africans dance on the internal rhythms of wisdom passed on to them by their gracious ancestors and benefactors from generation to generation. This wisdom will give birth to pure, safe and consumable knowledge.
